898pkr processes all financial transactions in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Deposits and withdrawals are facilitated through a range of authorised Pakistani payment methods including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Bank, UBL Bank, Meezan Bank, Allied Bank, SadaPay, Raast, USDT TRC20, and cash deposit channels. Deposits: All deposits must be made from a payment account that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, server downtime, or third-party service failures may temporarily affect availability. 898pkr will not be liable for any losses incurred during periods of Platform unavailability.

In the event of a dispute regarding a transaction or game outcome, you must submit a formal complaint to 898pkr support within 30 days of the event in question. Claims submitted after this period may not be entertained. 898pkr's support team will investigate all complaints in good faith and provide a written resolution within a reasonable timeframe.

898pkr reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, if it has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• Your account has been used for fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal purposes.
• You have provided false information during registration or verification.

If your account is closed by 898pkr due to a breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited in accordance with the nature and severity of the breach. If your account is closed for reasons unrelated to a breach — for example, at your own request — your remaining real-money balance (excluding uncleared bonus funds) will be refunded to your registered payment method subject to verification.

It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using 898pkr is lawful in your jurisdiction before doing so. 898pkr makes no representations that the Platform is appropriate or legal for use in all locations.

898pkr reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they meaningfully affect your rights or obligations — 898pkr will endeavour to provide reasonable notice by posting a prominent notice on the Platform or by sending an email notification to your registered address prior to the changes taking effect.
